This is a video by Shaun Aka (Deeeejaaaay.) Jeremy was constantly kicking him and muteing him. Jeremy also muted vex on multiple accounts and the same for Shaun. Here is a video of Shaun as he was getting kicked constantly. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d0e_c5dG5L4
